Driver Development
D'Hondt Motorsports understands the key to a great motorsports organization is their Driver Development program. 

With an experienced staff in training and coaching young and established drivers at all levels of NASCAR racing, D'Hondt Motorsports offers a Driver Development program that will focus on:

• Skill Development - Honing and polishing the skills you have developed to this point and teaching you racing at this level
• Knowledge of the vehicle and how it operates
• Knowledge of the working parts that make up the vehicle
• Communication, including at track feed back & post race follow up
• Appearance and how to properly address and speak to the media
• Marketing - selling yourself and your growth to the next level

With over 27 years experience in the management, mechanical and driving aspects of NASCAR racing, Eddie D'Hondt has worked with many young drivers in the development of their skills as they worked their way into the NASCAR Nationwide and Sprint Cup Series'.

D'Hondt spends every weekend a top of the Nationwide and Sprint Cup spotters stand guiding top-flite drivers and keeping his finger on the pulse of the latest technological developments at the upper levels of NASCAR racing.
